What this site does not do
The site sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser, uses no analytics or advertising tools and loads no fonts or scripts from third-party servers. All fonts are served from this server.
Hosting and server logs
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare Pages). When you visit, the server processes technically necessary data, including your IP address, date and time, the requested address and the browser type. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, my legitimate interest in delivering the site securely and reliably. Cloudflare also processes data outside the European Economic Area, on the basis of standard contractual clauses and certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Cloudflare.
Example sites
The example site in the "Examples" section is served from the same server as this site and shown in a frame. No data flows to third parties. The example shows a fictional practice. Its people, prices and addresses belong to no real practice. The digital business card in the same section is also served from this server and is the card of Lennart Schulze.
Booking through Calendly
The site does not load Calendly on its own. Only when you click "Load calendar" in the "Book a call" window does your browser connect to Calendly, Inc. (USA). By clicking you consent to the loading, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. If you book an appointment, Calendly processes your booking data on my behalf, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. For the transfer to the USA, Calendly's safeguards apply (data processing agreement, standard contractual clauses). Details are in Calendly's privacy policy. Contact by email, phone or WhatsApp
The WhatsApp link on this page fetches nothing by itself. Only when you click it does WhatsApp open, a service of WhatsApp Ireland Limited and Meta. What happens there is governed by the WhatsApp privacy policy. If you write or call, I process your details to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. I delete your enquiry once it is answered and no contract follows, after six months at the latest. If a contract follows, statutory retention periods apply, six years for business letters (§ 147 German Fiscal Code).
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You can withdraw any consent at any time. You can object at any time to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for reasons arising from your particular situation. Write to lennart@namibpartners.com.

You can complain to a data protection authority. The authority responsible for me is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, www.lda.bayern.de.
